Whether your preference is to see a GP in person from the comfort of our Private Consultation Suite or to consult via Video or Telephone for ease of access, and convenience we have a range of options and availability.
If you or a loved one has a heath concern that’s worrying and would like to speak to an experienced Private GP quickly, please do call us between 08:00 and 20:00 and we can normally arrange an URGENT telephone consultation within 4hrs.
Please note: Our private GP service is not an alternative to A&E. If you are suffering chest pain, breathlessness or feel very unwell this may be a medical emergency. We are not an emergency service, you must call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department.

Our online booking system allows you to choose the type of appointment you require at a date and time that suits you.
Booking is simple and quick to do requiring just a few basic details.
You will then be prompted to pay for your chosen appointment using Stripe, a secure online payment portal. Rest assured, we accept all major UK credit and debit cards.
You will then receive a confirmation email and we’ll send you a reminder 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
Please note: while you have the right to cancel your appointment, once fees have been paid these are non-refundable.
